License grant
While you hold a valid Bytog Supply membership, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use included assets in personal and commercial end projects, subject to this License.
Assets remain owned by their respective rights holder. Your purchase grants usage rights, not ownership or exclusivity.
Permitted uses
You may use included assets in websites, applications, presentations, advertisements, social content, editorial work, brand materials, personal projects, commercial projects, and work created for clients.
You may incorporate assets into a larger original design or end product and modify, crop, recolor, composite, add text or effects, or transform them.
Client use is permitted when an asset is incorporated into a completed end project. The client does not receive the right to extract, reuse, redistribute, or independently license the source asset.
Prompts, styles, and generated results
You may use included prompts and style instructions to create results for personal and commercial projects.
Generated results may be governed by the third-party tool used. Bytog Supply does not guarantee that generated results will be unique, registrable, non-infringing, or available for exclusive ownership.
Prohibited uses
You may not sell, share, sublicense, redistribute, or give away an original source asset; upload it to another library, marketplace, repository, community, or file-sharing service; or include it in a handoff where it can be extracted and reused independently.
You may not repackage assets, prompts, presets, or styles into another downloadable pack, subscription, template resource, or competing library; share credentials, private links, storage URLs, or downloadable files; or claim authorship of an unmodified source asset.
Changing a file’s color, format, size, crop, or another minor property does not make redistribution permissible.
Templates and source files
You may incorporate an asset into a website or design delivered to a client. You may not distribute the asset as a reusable source-file resource or include it in a template offered for resale when purchasers can extract the asset for unrelated use.
Bytog Framer templates are separate products and are not included under this Commercial License unless expressly stated.
Membership expiration
Assets properly downloaded during a valid paid membership may continue to be used in end projects after the membership ends. An expired Annual membership does not permit new downloads, access to later releases, or continued use of member-only tools.
Unlimited access
Unlimited Access permits continued access while Bytog Supply operates, subject to this License and the Terms of Use. It does not transfer intellectual-property ownership or allow redistribution.
Seats, breach, and termination
A purchase covers one individual user unless checkout expressly states otherwise. A company or team must not share one personal membership between multiple users.
This License ends if the purchase is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or materially breaches these terms. For suspected account sharing or another correctable breach, we will normally warn the purchaser and allow a reasonable opportunity to verify the account and correct the issue before ending access, except where fraud, a security risk, or serious or repeated abuse requires immediate action. You must then stop using and delete affected source assets, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
