This Privacy Policy explains how Bytog Supply collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit the website, create an account, purchase a membership, access the member library, download assets, or contact us.
Information we collect
Account information, including your email address and limited profile information provided through Google sign-in.
Membership information, including your plan, access status, activation date, and renewal or expiration status.
Transaction information made available through Contra, such as the purchase email, product, payment status, amount, and transaction reference. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.
Technical and security information, such as browser, device, authentication events, IP address, and access logs processed by our website and service providers.
Communications you send to us, including support and refund requests.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, activate and administer memberships, provide private downloads, help resolve payment or activation issues, support customers, detect misuse or account sharing, maintain the service, and meet legal, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations.
Service providers
Bytog Supply uses Contra for checkout and payment processing, Supabase for authentication, membership records, and private file delivery, Google for Google account sign-in, and Framer for website hosting and public content.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate the store, secure access, process payments, comply with law, or protect our rights and users.
Cookies and browser storage
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in, protect member content, and remember authentication state. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this Policy will be updated and consent requested where required.
Retention and your rights
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide access, keep transaction and licensing records, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.

Children
Bytog Supply is not intended for children who cannot legally enter into these Terms without authorization from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly request personal information from children for independent purchases.
