Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Bytog Supply website, member library, digital assets, prompts, styles, presets, textures, imagery, downloads, and related tools. By purchasing, creating an account, or accessing member content, you agree to these Terms and the Commercial License.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and use an account you are authorized to access. Membership access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or made available to another person.
You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or access has been compromised.
Annual Access
Annual Access costs $99 per year unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. It renews annually until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the end of the paid billing period.
If a renewal price changes, notice will be provided where required before the new price applies.
Founding Unlimited
Founding Unlimited costs $199 as a one-time payment unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. It provides access without recurring membership charges while Bytog Supply continues to operate.
Unlimited describes the access plan. It does not transfer ownership, promise that every asset or feature will remain available forever, or guarantee permanent operation of Bytog Supply or a third-party service.
Checkout and activation
Payments are processed through Contra and may also be subject to Contra’s terms. Prices, applicable charges, and the final amount due are displayed during checkout.
After purchase, use the private activation link delivered through Contra and sign in with the account that will hold the membership. Access is granted to that account immediately after a valid link is submitted. The activation link does not automatically verify that the sign-in address matches the Contra purchaser, so purchase and account email records may be compared when access or suspected sharing needs to be verified.
Member content
Availability, formats, categories, tools, and library organization may change as Bytog Supply evolves. Annual members receive additions available during an active term. Unlimited members receive future additions while the service operates, subject to these Terms and disclosed product limitations.
We do not guarantee a specific release schedule unless one is expressly stated as part of an offer.
Permitted use and prohibited conduct
Downloaded assets are governed by the Commercial License. Purchasing access does not transfer copyright or ownership of Bytog Supply, its library, or its source files.
You may not share an account, bypass access controls, resell or redistribute source assets or links, repackage the library as a competing collection, scrape or mass-download outside the intended member experience, interfere with security systems, or misrepresent ownership of original source assets.
Suspension and termination
If we reasonably suspect account sharing or another correctable breach, we will normally contact the purchaser and provide a reasonable opportunity to verify the account and correct the issue before suspending access. Access may be suspended or terminated if the issue is not corrected, recurs, or involves fraud, a payment reversal, a security risk, or serious abuse requiring immediate action. A license associated with a refunded or fraudulent purchase ends when access is revoked.
Third-party services and results
Bytog Supply depends on services including Contra, Supabase, Google, and Framer. Their availability, policies, and functionality are outside our direct control.
Results produced with prompts, editing tools, or third-party generative systems may vary and may be subject to the third party’s own rules.
Disclaimers and liability
The service, assets, prompts, and tools are provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytog Supply is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, inability to access it, or reliance on an asset or generated result. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, plans, security requirements, or law. Material changes affecting an active paid membership will be communicated where required.
