Digital access
Bytog Supply provides access to downloadable digital assets and member-only content shortly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once access has been delivered, except where this Policy or applicable law provides otherwise.
Mandatory consumer rights
This Policy does not waive any cooling-off period, withdrawal right, refund right, legal guarantee, or other consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If the law applicable to your purchase gives you a mandatory right to cancel or obtain a refund, Bytog Supply will honor that right.
When a refund may be provided
A refund may be provided when you were charged more than once for the same purchase; access was not delivered and we could not resolve it; a technical problem materially prevents use and cannot reasonably be corrected; the product materially differs from its checkout description; or a refund is otherwise required by law.
A change of preference after substantial access or downloading does not normally qualify for a voluntary refund outside any mandatory legal right.
Annual cancellation
Cancelling Annual Access prevents the next annual renewal. It does not normally create a prorated refund for the current paid period unless required by law or expressly approved under this Policy. Access normally remains available until the current paid term ends.
Founding Unlimited
Founding Unlimited is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Refund eligibility follows the same rules stated in this Policy.
How to request a refund
Email gabriel10tognon@gmail.com with the purchase email, Contra transaction or receipt reference, plan purchased, and a description of the issue. You do not need to provide a reason when exercising a statutory right that does not require one.
Payment reversals and approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or the relevant Contra process.
Effect of a refund
When a full refund is issued, membership access may be disabled, the associated Commercial License ends, and downloaded source assets must no longer be used and should be deleted, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Policy changes
We may update this Policy for future purchases. Changes will not remove mandatory rights or retroactively reduce rights that applied when an earlier purchase was made.
